Conservative grading would put this in the grading range of Fine- to Fine.
 
Has good clean edges and slightly rounded corners but not heavily worn. Cover is still glossy inside as well as out. Off white to white pages. Spine has an extremely light roll, almost imperceptible which could easily be pressed out. Staples are firm
