Conservative grading would put this in the VF-  range but I'm selling as F+
Has good clean edges and fairly sharp corners. Cover is still glossy inside as well as out. Off white to white pages. A small page tear in the middle pages (about a 1/4 inch - see picture) is all that stops this being a VF/VF+. Staples are firm
